In October 2014, in St. Petersburg, a young man who hung a flag with a swastika on the window was fined.
On October 15, 2014, the Department of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for St. Petersburg announced that in The police department received a complaint against the young man. The neighbors saw on the window a fascist flag with the image swastikas from the Third Reich of Nazi Germany.
In a relationship offender, a protocol was drawn up under Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (propaganda and public display of Nazi paraphernalia or symbols). The case materials were sent to the Vasileostrovskiy District Court Petersburg, which decided to recover from the offender a fine in in the amount of 1 thousand rubles.
