Fine for Timur Mutsuraev's songs on a social network

On October 23, 2014, a court in Karachay-Cherkessia fined Taulan Dzhanibekov for Timur Mutsuraev's songs on the VKontakte social network.

The prosecutor's office of the Zelenchuksky district during the audit found that a resident of the district Taulan Dzhanibekov on the social network "VKontakte" posted audio files "Timur Mutsuraev-Ierasulim" and "Timur Mutsuraev-They left (Martyrs)", which were recognized as extremist and information about them was included in the Federal List extremist materials.

The district prosecutor ruled against Taulan Dzhanibekov to bring him to administrative responsibility under Article 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (dissemination of extremist materials).

The Zelenchuksky District Court found him guilty of committing an administrative offense and imposed a fine.
