Prot. Dimitry Smirnov proposes banning children from using the Internet

At the end of October 2014, Rev. Dimitry Smirnov commented on the Concept of Information Security of Children prepared by Ombudsman Pavel Astakhov.

According to the priest, access to the Internet and computer games should be prohibited for children and young people under 21, until their “psyche becomes stronger.”
