In Bashkiria, the case of the organization “The Path of Ancestors” was brought to court

In Bashkiria, an investigation into the case of the organization "Ata Zholy" ("Way of the Ancestors") has been completed.

thirty October 2014, the prosecutor's office of the Republic of Bashkortostan announced the completion investigation of a criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 239 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (creation of a religious association, activities which is associated with violence against citizens or other harm to their health).

The criminal case was initiated in May 2014 against Ural Tursunbaeva.

According to investigators, in December 2009 he created an organization similar to the Kazakh organization "Ata Zholy" ("Way of the Ancestors"), and, " no having licenses for the right to engage in medical activities, without carrying out diagnostic studies, informed his patients deliberately false information about the presence of damage, incurable diseases, while offering healing through communication with the spirits of ancestors, kamchivaniye, participation in paid group pilgrimages ."

In addition, W. Tursunbaev " used elements hypnosis and psychotechnologies with a change (manipulation) of consciousness to a personality for establishing complete and permanent control over the minds of visitors organization, suggesting that refusal to visit the organization threatens to cause troubles and misfortunes ."

Currently the criminal case was sent to the Sibay city court for consideration essence.
