Media: son of the head of the presidential administration died in the UAE

During the vacation in the United Arab Emirates, the eldest son of the head of the Kremlin administration Sergei Ivanov-37-year-old Alexander Ivanov, was killed, Russian media reported.

Vnesheconombank, whose vice president was Ivanov Jr., is preparing an official statement about the incident, a representative of the state corporation said.

The eldest son of Sergei Ivanov had previously attracted the attention of the media. In May 2005, a criminal case was opened in Moscow on the fact of an accident with his participation. While driving a personal car, Alexander Ivanov knocked a woman at an adjustable pedestrian crossing. Six months after the accident, law enforcement agencies closed the case. Sergei Ivanov stated that he did not exert pressure on the investigation.
