Ivanovo: administrative case regarding the publication of a prohibited video on a social network

In November 2014 in the city of Ivanovo in court an administrative case on the distribution of prohibited materials was transferred against a local resident who posted a video “Russian resistance” on the social network.

November 11, 2014 in Ivanovo was an administrative case was initiated on the distribution of extremist materials (20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

The case was started against a local resident, who published the video “Russian Resistance” on the social network, which was banned on November 18, 2010 and included in the Federal List extremist materials (p. 758).

The case has been referred to the court for essence.
