In November 2014, it became known that in Moscow another criminal case was initiated against the nationalist Maxim (Tesak) Martsinkevich.
This time he is charged with Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (excitation national hatred) for writing and publishing the book Restruct.
Reportedly that the book itself has already been recognized as extremist, but the details are still unknown.
Recall that currently M. Martsinkevich is serving a term in another criminal case on the initiation of a national hatred (Article 282 of the Criminal Code). On November 11, the Moscow City Court sentenced him to 2 years and 10 months in prison for posting three xenophobic videos on a social network. Two of them were posted on September 14, 2013 - under the titles "Throw away chock! Election Campaigning! and "Tesak about the film "Stalingrad" and the situation in Biryulyovo", and one on September 28, 2013 - "Cleaver about the film Okolofutbol".
In addition, another criminal the case against him is still pending. It was initiated under Art. 213 of the Criminal Code (hooliganism) in October this year. The case is related to the video, where his M. Martsenkevech shaves the head of a young man.
