In Novokuibyshevsk, Samara region, the pastor of the "New Generation" fined 500 rubles for illegal possession and use of personal data contained in the questionnaires of parishioners.
On November 21, 2014, the Prosecutor's Office of the Samara Region announced bringing to administrative responsibility the pastor of the Evangelical Church Christians "New Generation" Novokuibyshevsk.
As the prosecutor's office of Novokuibyshevsk established, indoors, rented by a religious organization for worship, were kept questionnaires of 28 parishioners containing personal data. The processing of these questionnaires by the pastor Pavel Vorobyov saw off without the consent of the parishioners.
The prosecutor's office opened a case against the pastor under Art. 13.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (violation of the procedure established by law for the collection, storage, use or dissemination of personal data). World Court sentenced pastor to a fine of 500 rubles. Sources
