Severodvinsk: a verdict was handed down in the case of publishing xenophobic materials on a social network

In November 2014 in the city of Severodvinsk, Arkhangelsk region, the court sentenced to 300 hours of compulsory work of 37-year-old Anatoly Dembovsky, who published xenophobic materials in the social network.

In December 2014 in the city of Severodvinsk, Arkhangelsk region, the court passed a sentence on a criminal the case of inciting ethnic and religious hatred (part 1 of article 282 of the Criminal Code).

On the bench defendants was 37-year-old local resident Anatoly Dembovsky, whom was accused of having published on May 8, 2012 to April 18 this year on his page on the social network "VKontakte" xenophobic images and comments on them.

Unfortunately, against whom exactly the published materials were directed, it was not reported.

The Severodvinsk city court found A. Dembovsky guilty and sentenced to 300 hours of compulsory work.
