In Yakutsk, the court fined the leader of a local religious group Scientologists for conducting testing without prior consent to processing of personal data.
November 24, 2014 it became known that the court fined the head Yakut organization of the Church of Scientology.
The prosecutor's office of Yakutsk opened a case against him under Art. 13.11 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (violation of the procedure established by law for the collection, storage, use or dissemination of personal data).
Previously, a prosecutor's check found that religious group took the "Oxford Personality Analysis Test" in the eighth grade of one of the secondary schools in Yakutsk, without obtaining prior consent to the processing personal data.
The court fined the leader of the religious group.
