The prosecutor's office of the Proletarsky district of Rostov-on-Don announced the verdict against Abacharaeva (born 1986) for posting on her personal VKontakte page in free access the video material "Letter of Fatima to the Mujahideen", recognized as extremist by the decision of the Kirovsky District Court of Rostov-on - Don on September 24, 2014.
An administrative case has been opened. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (production and distribution of extremist materials).
The district prosecutor issued a decision to initiate administrative proceedings and sent the materials to the court.
On December 2, 2014, the Proletarsky District Court of Rostov-on-Don imposed an administrative penalty on Abacharaeva in the form of a fine of 3,000 rubles.
