The judge of the Zamoskvoretsky district court of the capital Natalia Susina sentenced the native of Ingushetia Adam Oscanov, who was beaten at the end of September at the historical mosque in Moscow, by the year of the penal colony. About the fate of the second person involved in the case - Magomeda Tochiev, also accused of part 1 of article 318, - recently there is no information. As we might assume, Tochiev refused to plead guilty and the investigation in his case has not yet ended.

On the afternoon of September 26, in a hurry to pray, Oscanov parked in the wrong place , and after the police remark, he was going to drive away the car and accidentally touched Fenogenov, without causing him any harm. After that, he was brought into the riot police and began to beat him. “As soon as they entered the bus, the doors closed, and I, who prayed right in front of the doors, heard the offensive speech of riot police and the blows of such a force that the bus was shaking,” said one of the witnesses of the incident.

Hundreds of Muslims surrounded the bus, without applying violence to the police, and demanded that Oscanov are free. Law enforcement officers refused to fulfill the requirement. Then several people, including Tochiev, again refraining from violence, squeezed into the bus. After that, Oscanov was released.

Subsequently, 33 participants in the confrontation were sentenced to administrative arrests for two to three days, and Oscanov and Tochiev, having charged a criminal article, were sent to a pre-trial detention center . If Oscanov was accused of hitting a riot police, then to Tochiev was charged with that he allegedly, breaking into the bus, "grabbed an employee by the left hand and, pulling himself with force, trying to pull the latter out of the office bus to pass into the bus salon, caused him physical pain and broke a uniform."

In August, Susina sentenced the second swamp case .
