The authorities of the Tyumen region allocated funds for the restoration of the building of a wooden mosque of the 19th century in the Irtyshat Yurts.
December 16, 2014 was an agreement was signed between representatives of the Committee of the Tyumen Region for nationalities and the Muslim community of the village of Yurt Irtyshatsky on the allocation budget funds for the restoration of the local wooden mosque.
Mosque in the Yurts of the Irtyshat was built in the 1850s. The authorities of the Tyumen region and the Muslim community agreed that the building would be dismantled and reassembled using old material. But “from the former material, very little will be used - probably a crescent and separate details, the rest of the building will be erected practically anew."
