In December 2014, it became known that Gagarinsky the district court of Moscow considered the claim of the prosecutor's office for recognition as extremist several materials previously published on the social network by the 50-year-old Alexander Morozov.
Earlier it was reported that these materials " contained calls and inducements to violent actions (physical destruction) a group of persons allocated on a national basis, and in relation to employees various law enforcement agencies, their families and loved ones .” Unfortunately, about what kind of materials in question is not disclosed.
Recall that a criminal case was initiated against A. Morozov under Part 1 of Art. 1 st. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting national hatred) and part 1 of Art. 280 of the Criminal Code (public calls for extremism).
The court satisfied the demands of the prosecutor's office in full.
