The examination was carried out by the ECC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Astrakhan region. According to the prosecutor's office, " taking into account the specifics actualization of lexical, syntactic-semantic, formal-logical levels of texts ... In the analyzed context, statements containing a negative assessment of typical properties and inclinations of a group of persons united on the basis of nationality, language, origin and having a common feature, - "Russians" .
