The Saratov police considered the sermon of Jehovah's Witness to be an unsanctioned rally.

January 13, 2015 in Saratov for preaching the teachings of Jehovah's Witnesses and distributing religious literature, a girl (born in 1976) was detained.

The police considered her actions by an unauthorized rally and initiated an administrative case under Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (Violation of the established procedure for organizing a meeting, meeting, demonstration, procession or picketing).
