The article “On counteracting subhumans” is recognized as extremist

On January 19, 2015, the court of the Anapa District Court of the Krasnodar Territory considered in an open court session a civil case on recognizing as extremist the article “On counteracting subhumans” in the social network VKontakte. The article was recognized as extremist.

On June 27, 2014, the Anapa District Court in a criminal case found M. Bukharin (born 1975) guilty under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (incitement to national hatred) for posting this article on the site in the social network VKontakte. On January 12, 2013, M. Bukharin published an article “On counteracting subhumans” on a social network. He was sentenced to a fine of 100,000 rubles. The verdict was not appealed and entered into force on July 8, 2014.

According to the conclusions of the expert of the ECC of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Krasnodar Territory dated April 22, 2014, "the text contains statements that negatively evaluate a group of persons on a racial basis and in relation to representatives of certain nationalities as persons who are not representatives of the" white race "( Jews, Asians, etc.)".
