Perm Territory: a week of administrative arrest for publishing a prohibited video on a social network

In January 2015 in the Perm Territory in the case of a mass dissemination of extremist materials (Article 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), the court sentenced local resident to 7 days of administrative arrest.

In January 2015, the Perm Territory initiated administrative case on the mass distribution of extremist materials (art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

The case was initiated against a resident of the village of Kondratovo, who published on his page in the social network "VKontakte" banned video “Slavic Union!”, which was recognized as extremist 21 February 2013 and included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials (p. 1984).

The court found the young man guilty and sentenced to 7 days of administrative arrest.
