"Shock troops" against Putin" recognized as extremist

The Vladivostok court recognized as extremist material the book by Ilya Falkovsky and Alexander Litoy "Shock Forces" against Putin.

On January 23, 2105, the Frunzensky District Court of Vladivostok recognized book by Ilya Falkovsky and Alexander Litoy ""Shock squads" against Putin" (Moscow: Algorithm, 2013) with extremist material.

The court agreed with the prosecutor's arguments based on results of the psycholinguistic research of the Associate Professor of the Department of Philosophy and psychology of the Vladivostok University of Economics and Service Nadezhda Oleshkevich. Examinations of the laboratory of forensic examination of the Primorsky Territory and the Institute sociology of the Russian Academy of Sciences, who came to the conclusion that there are no features in the book extremism were not taken into account by the court.

The authors of the book stated that they did not agree with the decision of the court and intend to appeal.
