The prosecutor's office of the Meshchovsky district, together with the branch of the Federal Security Service of Russia for the Kaluga region in the city of Sukhinichi, conducted an audit of the implementation of legislation on countering extremism.
It has been established that Vitaly Stroitelev posted in free access on the social network VKontakte " an image recognized as extremist in accordance with the decision of the Zolsky District Court of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic dated May 31, 2013 and included in the federal list of extremist materials ".
The prosecutor initiated an administrative offense case against Stroitelev under Article 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (mass distribution of extremist materials included in the published federal list of extremist materials).
The Sukhinichsky District Court brought the violator to administrative responsibility, he was sentenced to a fine.
