Prot. Vsevolod Chaplin declared Jehovah's Witnesses and Scientologists to be American agents

January 30, 2015 arch. Vsevolod Chaplin, commenting on the conduct of searches in the office of the Church Scientology Moscow, urged Russians not to cooperate with Scientologists, Jehovah's Witnesses and other US-funded religious groups.

In his opinion, they " have a strict vertical management and powerful data storage system, collect data about our citizens » and " would like to change the consciousness and historical path of our people ".

The head of the OVCO is convinced that the representatives these religious movements and “and other similar sects - and also on expert and humanitarian structures, being branches of American corporations and analytical centers, in Russia they are primarily engaged in non-expert or humanitarian activities, but propaganda - for example, they allege about the alleged lack of alternatives to the Western model of democracy, financial and oligarchic capitalism and so on ."

“ The Witness is knocking on you Jehovah - don't open the door, Scientologists are inviting - tell them what their teaching is incompatible with Christianity, and refrain from further conversation, invite to a seminar organized with Soros's money - do not go, good money for renting the hall by the same Scientologists - don't buy it ," urges Fr. Vsevolod.
