On January 29, 2015, nationalists Nikolai Bondarik and Oksana (Velva) Borisova were detained in St. Petersburg. They were taken to the police stations.
N. Bondarik was detained in his own apartment in the Kalininsky district, and O. Borisova - at the Russian State Pedagogical University. Herzen in the Central region. The nationalists were detained after messages appeared on the social network VKontakte about a people's gathering in Mineralnye Vody. They are charged with Art. 20.2.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the procedure for holding mass events). At about 9 pm O. Borisova was released.
