In the Federal List of Extremist Organizations, published on the website of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, added five Ukrainian organizations "Right Sector", "UNA - UNSO", "UPA", "Trident named after Stepan Bandera" and "Brotherhood" were , recognized as extremist by the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation on November 17, 2014. Thus, as of January 30, 2015, this list includes 41 organizations whose activity is prohibited by court order, and the continuation of this activity punishable under Art. 282-2 of the Criminal Code (organization of the activities of an extremist organization).
