The Moscow Bloodwood completed the investigation in the case of the “combat organization of Russian nationalists” (BORN). Its participants are accused of murders, attempts, creating a gang and extremism. During the first part of the debate, representatives of the state prosecution and victims acted: the mothers of federal judge Eduard Chuvashov and anti -fascist Ilya Japaridze, sister of another anti -fascist Ivan Khutorsky. None of them did not even speak about condescending to the defendants Mikhail Volkov, Maxim Baklagin, Vyacheslav Isaev and Yuri Tikhomirov. “I want to warn the jury that the debate is the opinions of participants in the process, and not evidence in the criminal case,” Judge Alexander Kozlov warned. The word was received by the prosecution.

The state prosecutor Alexander Arkhipov was so sure that all the evidence in the case was collected, and the guilt of Bourne participants was proved that he did not particularly appeal to the jury. Several times he repeated the phrase: "Here I will try shorter, and so everything is clear." “I focus only on the main points,” said Arkhipov, whose speech lasted only about an hour. “The fault of the defendants has been fully proved, partially confirmed by the testimony of the defendants themselves and the rest of the evidence - the weapons found and shown to you, listening materials and others.”

Arkhipov in the debate was responsible for the concept of the prosecution. He quoted the Constitution, reminded that in Russia a multi -party, freedom of thought and religion recognized in Russia. But inciting interethnic growth, extremism and the overthrow of power by force are prohibited and punished by law. The defendants chose this path and did not particularly hide it.

They killed people based on national hatred; Anti -fascists are simply because they are anti -fascists. The judge of Eduard Chuvashov is because he judged the ideological "associates" of Born's participants and for his quote pulled out of context, where he allegedly called to kill the Russians; Although, in fact, Chuvashov during one of his court hearings answered the defendant’s replica that the Caucasians and Asians were outrageously behaving in Moscow with the words that “other Russians for how they behave abroad also wanted to kill.”

Arkhipov considered it completely proved by the fact that Borne was a gang and a stable extremist community. He simply read out the formulation of the concept of “gang” from the Criminal Code. All the main provisions - from the permanent composition and conspiracy to the presence of weapons - coincided with the materials of this case. “We have weapons here at all above the roof,” the prosecutor recalled one of the recent meetings dedicated to the study of the arsenal found in the Born case. The group participants were also engaged in physical training, redistribution of weapons, the basics of intelligence in urban and field conditions.

The only defendant, who does not plead guilty, is Yuri Tikhomirov. The prosecutor reminded of this and said that his consent to participate in the murder of the anti -fascist Ilya Japaridze, preparing for him is a full part in the gang. “I repeat or even add: Bourne was created for murders,” the prosecutor insisted. “I'm waiting for our opinion to coincide with yours.”

The second state prosecutor Svetlana Artemyeva has already passed through all the incriminated defendants. “I am sorry that I will have to talk about heavy things,” she conveyed her performance. “But these young people, instead of benefiting, began to kill.” Artemyeva said that she was struck by how gullible members of Born presented themselves in court. She remembered the conversation told by the defendant Baklagin with another gang participant - who fled to Ukraine (and dead there) Alexei Korshunov. Like, you don’t want the situation with migrants to be like in France. “But they were not even both in France, and the French would be very surprised to learn how bad they live there,” said the prosecutor of Artemyeva. It is not true, according to her, and the fact that most crimes in Russia are committed by migrants. And the fact that nationalists give a long time, and Caucasian diasporas help their criminals evade responsibility. “Unprofessional amateurish judgments pushed them to crimes,” she concluded.

Artemyeva insisted that for each of the episodes, Bourne members were originally preparing for the murders. And their words that they wanted to “scare” or “teach”, should not be believed. Thus, the defendant Volkov and the separately convicted Nikita Tikhonov went with the castet, a knife and in wigs for the murder of the anti -fascist Filatov. Filatov was not several stab wounds, as wolves claimed in his testimony, but only the chronic wounds were 13. “The wound depth No. 22 was 11.4 centimeters,” Artemyeva took out a bright green ruler, showed 11 centimeters on it and put it to her body. “You see - it's almost through.”

The murder of Japaridze has passed along a similar scenario. They followed him, calculated his route, the time of care and return. And then they attacked a traumatic gun and knife. The depth of several wounds in the chest and lower back - more than ten centimeters, one of the bullets released from the Osa traumatic pistol, got Japaridze in the eye.

Member of the extremist group "Black Hawks" Rasul Khalilov was killed by the defendant Volkov five shots from close range. After three shots, Khalilov ran, fell near the entrance to the kindergarten, a nurse jumped out from there, trying to provide first aid, but in vain.

“Feeling impunity, the gang members committed new killings a month later. 2009 was the most bloody with them, ”Artemyeva continued to tell. Anti -fascist Ivan Khutorskaya was shot dead by Korshunov in his entrance. Isaev, in the presence of Baklagin with a shot in the face of a circumference, killed the world's world boxing champion Muslim Abdullaev and tried to shoot his companion Ramazan Narichuev, but the cut was stuck, he was able to escape. Bablagin shot him from a traumatic pistol, but did not hit.

Korshunov, according to the prosecutor Artemyeva, wanted to shoot the Judge Chuvashov on his birthday, April 1 - “with special cynicism”, but I had to review the date. The murder occurred on April 12th. Korshunov entered the porch of Chuvashov, waited for him to leave the apartment, went to meet him, and then turned around and twice shot him in the back of his head. “He has already had a handwriting - shoot the back of the head,” said the state prosecutor.

Baklagin and Isaev killed a taxi driver Soso Khachikyana on the basis of a publication at LifeNews that he beat a pregnant saleswoman at Euroset. She supposedly had a miscarriage. At the same time, Khachikyan was convicted for this, and the girl testified that there was no miscarriage.

Finally, the prosecutor, the defendant Isaev, continued, was already hiding from law enforcement agencies, attempted at the district police officer Gagik Benimenin. He shot him with a pistol with a silencer at a close range. “Benimenyan saw a barrel 30 centimeters from himself. He and Isaev looked into each other's eyes, then Isaev pressed the trigger several times, but the gun was jammed. Benimenyan then identified Isaev. I think anyone in such a situation would remember the face. If I had been alive, ”said the state prosecutor.

She said that the defendants, although they admitted in many ways, tried to evade responsibility. They tried to shift part of the murders to the late Korshunov, but the investigation foresaw, and the evidence base was collected for all crimes.

“Only we have no testimony of the dead. They will not tell us anything. They will not see their loved ones. Chuvashov Eduard Vladimirovich will never see his daughter, ”the prosecutor Artemyeva clearly tried to hook the jury as much as possible.

However, after an hour later, many of them themselves looked like tears. Donara Japaridze, the mother of Ilya Japaridze, soon after the murder of her son left Moscow in Batumi and tries to return to the capital as rarely as possible. “Ilyusha was not like a Caucasian. Our grandmother was from Bagrations. Our ancestors still fought with Kutuzov for Russia, and some scum will still indicate something to him. ” Japaridze turned to the aquarium with the defendants. “Brazy, nonhumans, humanoid animals,” she said to the defendants buried on the floor.

“Do you want respect and calling? Here is my respect and recognition! - almost screamed the mother of the murdered anti -fascist. “You, beast, should not live with people!” “Calm down, please,” Baklagin could not stand it (previously he admitted that he killed Japaridze with a knife). The woman sat down, she felt bad. “I have never pronounced such words in public,” she cried.

The sister of Ivan Khutorsky said that her brother, who was nicknamed the “Kostol”, spoke anything about her brother, but he was very kind, studied perfectly for a lawyer, was going to be a specialist in civil law. She was supported by the lawyer of the victims, Ilnur Sharapov, who reminded the jury that the defendants said that they took revenge on the attacks of Antif on various of their associates, however, there is not a word about the “broken bones of young nationalists” in the case file. Sharapov also said that in the murders, Bourne members admitted not because she crushed his conscience, but only after they were caught.

“Let them not hope for my forgiveness. My son, behind a pile of his problems, forgot about security, and they killed him. For what? They could not tell me, ”said the mother of the federal judge Eduard Chuvashova. "How do you explain to your children, why did you do this?" - asked the widow of the federal judge. The defendants continued to look at the floor.

The defendants and their lawyers will perform in the debate at the next meeting, which is scheduled for February 16.
