The court recognized NOMP as a terrorist organization

It is known that Kvachkov was convicted of a real attempted armed rebellion (Part 3, Article 30, Article 279 of the Criminal Code). The members of the NOMP had weapons, they conducted training exercises. However, the organization was very complex, and not all activists participated in such activities.

In addition, NOMP activists were accused of preparing for an armed rebellion, and not of terrorist attacks (except for the accusations against V. Kvachkov in the case of the attempt on the life of A. Chubais in 2005). The Anti-Terrorism Act leaves open the question of whether preparation for a mutiny is considered terrorism. So we can say that there could be some grounds for the decision to recognize the organization as a terrorist organization, but they are unknown to us. However, we have no reason to consider the decision of the court unlawful.

NOMP was founded by V. Kvachkov in 2009. Whole line materials of the organization is recognized as extremist. Vladimir Kvachkov was sentenced to 8 years in prison freedom.
