In Tolyatti, a vandal covered a monument to Lenin with neo-Nazi graffiti
February 20, 2015 in the city of Togliatti, Samara region there was an act of neo-Nazi vandalism. Vandal painted a monument to Vladimir Lenin xenophobic inscriptions and Nazi symbols.
A criminal case has been initiated under Part 2 of Art. 214 of the Criminal Code (vandalism on hate motive).
The incident became known from the news about the arrest of a suspect.
