Kemerovo: a criminal case has been opened for the publication of xenophobic materials on the VKontakte network

In March 2015, a criminal case was opened in Kemerovo under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code against a 29-year-old local resident who posted on social media VKontakte network xenophobic materials.

In March 2015, a criminal case was opened in Kemerovo according to part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting national hatred).

The case was initiated against a 29-year-old local resident, whom accused of publishing on his website from March 2013 to July 2014 page on the VKontakte social network, audio and video clips, as well as pictures and texts that contained racist insults and calls for violence against "non-Slavs".

The young man explained to the investigators that in the published materials reflect his life position.
