The head of the metropolitan PMC Anton Tsvetkov denied information about the torture of Kadyrovts Zaura Dadaev and his second cousin brothers Anzor and Shagit of the Gubashevs, arrested in the case of the murder of Boris Nemtsov. This is reported by Interfax.
According to Tsvetkov, on Wednesday, an extended commission inspection was held in the Lefortovo pre -trial detention center with the participation of the chief of medical unit of the insulator and four members of the PMC. During the audit recorded in the video, all three prisoners were interviewed and their medical documents were studied. None of the three have been revealed any bodily harm indicating the use of violence, Tsvetkov said.
Tsvetkov is the leader of the organization "Officers of Russia". Working in the PMC, invariably takes the side of the security forces. The election of his head of the commission was accompanied by a scandal .
The day before, a member of the PMC Eva Mercachevawrote about the complaints of the arrested to torture. On Wednesday, Andrei Babushkin, a member of the Presidential Council of Human Rights, said about the suspicions of the security forces, who visited Lefortovo along with Merkacheva. He announced the need to send from the HRC to the Prosecutor General Yuri Chaika and the head of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin a request for verification of information about torture, as well as inform about the situation of Vladimir Putin.
Multiple bodily injuries were discovered on Dadaev’s body, Babushkin noted. According to the arrested, he was detained on March 5 and did not feed two days, only occasionally giving a sip of water. Dadaev, if he admits the murder of Nemtsov, promised to let his friend and former subordinate Rustam Yusupov go. Dadaev was going to declare in court about violations, but the judge Natalya Mushnikova did not give him a word.
Meanwhile, Yusupov disappeared. Babushkin has already sent a request for his whereabouts to the FSB.
Dadaev only from Babushkin found out that his relatives would be hired by a lawyer. Previously, his protection was led by a lawyer for their intended purpose.
Numerous damage "in the form of abrasions on the nose, wrists, legs" were also found on the body of Anzor Gubashev. Shagit Gubashev reported that his brother was tortured, demanding to admit the accomplishment of the crime.
At the same time, Babushkin noted that the prisoners did not complain about the conditions of detention in Lefortovo.
The press service of the Investigative Committee later said that Merkachev and Babushkin were interfering in the course of the investigation. Their interest in issues beyond the framework of the conditions of detention in the pre -trial detention center of the arrested was noted in the department, may be qualified under part 2 of Article 294 of the Criminal Code (interference in the work of the investigator), which provides for a fine, mandatory work or up to six months of arrest. The TFR assured that in the near future both human rights activists would be called for interrogations.
Merkachev’s accusations of the Investigative Committee rejected. She said that during the communication with the defendants in the case, Lefortov’s employees tried to prevent the story of the prisoners about what preceded their premises in pre -trial detention centers, ”but Babushkin argued reasonably.
