Tyumen community of Jehovah's Witnesses fined for distributing literature

In Tyumen, a community of Jehovah's Witnesses was sentenced to an administrative fine of 50,000 rubles for distributing extremist materials.

On March 16, 2015, it became known that the cases of Leninsky Tyumen District Court held liable under Art. 20.29 Administrative Code (mass distribution of extremist materials) community of Jehovah's Witnesses of the city Tyumen.

The reason for the administrative case initiated by the prosecutor's office of the Leninsky district of Tyumen was that since October From 2014 to January 2015, publications of the Witnesses were distributed to believers, included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials: "Humanity in Seeking God”, “Draw Close to Jehovah”, “Life – How Did It Originate? way evolution or creation?", "What does the Bible really teach?", "Pay attention Daniel's Prophecy", brochure "Who are Jehovah's Witnesses?
