Administrative arrest for "Miracles of the Koran" in Kungur

In Kungur, Perm Territory, a man was sentenced to five days of administrative arrest for posting a link to the film "Miracles of the Koran" on VKontakte.

The reason for the administrative prosecution was that citizen, taking the pseudonym "Evgeny Menshenin", published on page on the social network "VKontakte" the film "Miracles Qur'an".
