Moscow authorities have increased costs for the restoration of religious sites - cultural monuments

The Moscow government allocated funds for restoration work at religious sites - monuments of cultural heritage. Funding for such work has been increased by 50 million rubles.

On April 1, 2015 it became known that the department cultural heritage of Moscow decided to allocate 200 million rubles for the restoration of 14 objects cultural heritage of religious purpose, located in the state property and transferred to the use of religious organizations.

And about. department heads cultural heritage Alexei Yemelyanov said that in 2015 the government Moscow increased spending on the restoration program of such facilities by 50 million rubles.

The largest amount - 43 million rubles allocated for restoration work in the Church of John the Baptist XVII-XVIII centuries on Varvarka. The rest of the funds will go towards the restoration of the church. Flora and Lavra of the 18th century on Dubininskaya street, the ensemble of the Novospassky monastery and other religious sites.
