A criminal case has been opened in the Oryol region over the publication of xenophobic materials on a social network

In March 2015, a criminal case was initiated in the Oryol region against an 18-year-old local resident who posted on his page in social network VKontakte xenophobic audio and video clips.

At the end of March 2015, the Oryol region was initiated criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (incitement of national and religious hate).

The case was initiated against an 18-year-old local resident, whom is suspected of having published on his website in April and December 2014 page on the VKontakte social network, two xenophobic audio clips and a video.

The suspect, according to law enforcement, said that adheres to nationalist views.
