In Penza, a court ordered a religious organization to demolish a house of worship

The Penza Regional Court ordered the religious organization demolish the illegally built prayer house.

April 1, 2015 it became known that the Penza Regional the court upheld the decision of the Railway Court of Penza on the demolition of the prayer house houses in the village of Pobeda. The building is located on the territory of the Mikhailovskaya Convent , under the jurisdiction of the True Orthodox Church (TOC).

The court found the building illegal construction.

With a claim for demolition arbitrarily the erected object was addressed by the administration of Penza. court first authorities found that the house of worship is an illegal building erected on an unformed, not put on the cadastral register and not provided legally the land. At the same time, the construction was carried out without permit documentation.

The defendant tried to legalize building, but he failed to challenge the decision to demolish it. April 1 decision Penza Regional Court entered into force.

On April 15, 2015 it became known that the specialized organization demolished buildings.
