In Stary Oskol, Alexander Kruse was fined for an anti-Caucasian post on the VKontakte social network.
On April 3, 2015, the Magistrate's Court of Stary Oskol passed a sentence under Part 1 of Article 280 of the Criminal Code (public calls for extremist activities) to Alexander Kruze
According to the materials of the case, the young man, under the pseudonym Alexander Klinskikh, posted an anti-Caucasian text on the VKontakte social network calling for xenophobic violence. According to the conclusion of the FBU Privolzhsky Regional Forensic Science Center, the text contains " prompting information to provide assistance, support to the user .... using brass knuckles, knives and bats to kill, kill parents and children of immigrants from *** and ***, in order to prevent death , the destruction of the people to which the author considers himself. In the materials presented there are signs of psychological impact on citizens ".
At the hearing, the defendant pleaded guilty, declared his agreement with the charges and confirmed his request for a verdict without a trial.
The court recognized the circumstances mitigating the punishment of active contribution to the disclosure of the crime, remorse for the deed.
The court fined the defendant.
Kruse was later exempted from paying the fine in connection with the amnesty act.
