Moscow: Private security company fined for using the emblem of the SS division “Das Reich”

In April 2015, a Moscow court fined Private security company "Kastos" for using the emblem of the SS division "Das Reich".

In April 2015, Moscow initiated administrative case for hours. 1 Article. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (propaganda and public displaying Nazi symbols).

The case was initiated against Private Security LLC organization "Kastos", which used the emblem of the division as a logo SS Das Reich.

Lefortovsky The Moscow District Court found the organization guilty and fined it.
