Police vigilance in transport breaks records
The police confiscated a forbidden book from a passenger on the train "Novosibirsk - Novy Urengoy". The issue of administrative matters is being resolved.

A 20-year-old resident of Kogalym was on the train "Novosibirsk - Novy Urengoy" and read a book. According to the young man, it was his own book, received as a gift a few years ago. The police confiscated his memoir extremist " and sent for examination, which established that the book is included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials and contains " calls aimed at inciting hostility towards a group of persons on the basis of race, nationality and origin ."
An investigation is underway, the issue of excitation is being resolved administrative business.
Unfortunately, the title of the book is not given, as well as it is not known why the traffic police officers at all interested in what this passenger reads. However, the withdrawal books and probable administrative persecution are presented to us unlawful: the composition of Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, according to which excitation is possible production, formulated as " mass distribution of extremist materials included in the published federal list of extremist materials, as well as their production or storage for mass spread ", which in this case obviously was not.
