In Tyumen, a criminal investigation into the publication of a xenophobic video on a social network has been completed

In April 2015, a criminal case was initiated in Tyumen against a previously convicted under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of 19-year-old Mikhail Tsilin, who posted a xenophobic video on a social network. In May, the case was referred to the court for consideration on the merits.

On April 9, 2015, another criminal case was initiated in Tyumen against 19-year-old resident of the city Mikhail Tsilin. He is suspected under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting national hatred).

According to preliminary data, on February 2, 2014, the suspect posted on his personal page in free access in one of the social networks a video of " extremist content, which contains signs of humiliation of the dignity of representatives of the Negroid race ."

In May 2015, the case was referred to the court for consideration on the merits.

Recall that this is not the first criminal case under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code against M. Tsilina. On February 20 of this year, he was sentenced to 7 months of corrective labor for publishing a banned video "Walks in Gukovskaya hostel 2".
