Swastika on the Magnitogorsk City Hall building

April 7, 2015 in the city of Magnitogorsk, Chelyabinsk region, a sticker with a swastika, swords and a skull appeared on the city hall building. On the same day, photos of the building with the sticker were posted on the social network in the group Misanthropic Division.

On suspicion of deeds by the police of Magnitogorsk, a 22-year-old local resident was detained. An administrative case has been opened under Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (propaganda and public display of Nazi paraphernalia or symbols).

According to media reports, the detainee was one of the organizers of the Russian March in Magnitogorsk.
