The case of ROT-Front activist Daria Polyudova has been returned for additional investigation.
On April 14, 2015, it became known that the case against the ROT-Front activist Daria Polyudova was returned for additional investigation at the end of March, she will be charged in a new edition.
At the end of January 2015, Polyudova was charged according to part 2 of Art. 280.1 of the Criminal Code (public calls for the implementation of actions aimed at violating the territorial integrity RF, committed using the Internet) and hch. 1 and 2 Art. 280 UK (public calls for extremist activities).
Recall that Polyudova, who was arrested in early September 2014 and who spent about six months in a pre-trial detention center, according to initial reports, was suspected of trying to organize a march in Krasnodar for federalization of the Kuban. In March 2015, information appeared that the charges against Polyudova under Art. 280 and 280.1, The Criminal Codes are based on a number of her publications on the social network VKontakte, not associated with the organization of the march for the federalization of the Kuban, although the reason for it was she who obviously served the persecution.
