In mid-April, Prot. Vsevolod Chaplin on the air of the Spas TV channel suggested Orthodox citizens wear red ribbons on Easter days to “testify about the Resurrection of Christ.
He proposes to call this action "Red Ribbons".
Recall that in ancient times, white was considered Easter color. Red ribbons refer, in our opinion, rather to the red flag and pioneer ties than for the Easter message.
