On April 17, 2015, the prosecutor's office of the Maikop district of the Republic of Adygea announced that, together with the employees of the "E" center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Adygea, they discovered the fact of a public demonstration by I.B. Koch on the Internet of Nazi symbols.
The district prosecutor's office initiated an administrative offense case against Koch under Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (propaganda or public demonstration of Nazi paraphernalia or symbols, the propaganda or public demonstration of which is prohibited by federal laws). The case was sent for consideration to the Maykop District Court.
The Maykop District Court found Kokh guilty of committing an offense, he was sentenced to a fine of 1,500 rubles.
