On April 25, 2015, a well-known public figure Robert Zagreev was detained in Ufa, who was wanted on suspicion of public calls to carrying out terrorist activities or publicly justifying terrorism.
On April 25, 2015, in Ufa, officers of the Bashkir FSB detained a local public figure, Robert Zagreev, on suspicion of public calls to carrying out terrorist activities or publicly justifying terrorism (Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code). He was wanted for a long time.
According to the investigation, R. Zagreev was the author of the Maidan RB page posted by in LiveJournal. On the page he published an article a few years ago "Ahyr Zaman" ("End of the World") Airat Dilmukhametova. In March 2015, Airat Dilmukhametov, whom the court recognized as the author of the material, was sentenced to three years in prison in a colony strict regime by the Kirov Court of Ufa under Art. 205.2 CC.
The case of Robert Zagreev was separated into a separate proceedings, since, according to unofficial data, during the investigation the publisher was in Ukraine, and returned to Ufa for a short time due to expiration of the passport.
Recall that in April 2011, the editor-in-chief of the website of the news agency "Revinform" R. Zagreev was already convicted under Part 2 of Art. 280 of the Criminal Code (public calls for carrying out extremist activities), art. 205.2 of the Criminal Code and Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting national and religious hatred) to 3.5 years in prison.
