On April 28, 2015, in Krasnoarmeysk, Saratov region, a sentence was passed for xenophobic sermons.

On April 28, 2015, in Krasnoarmeysk, Saratov Region, the court passed a sentence on a 50-year-old local resident under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting national hatred and enmity).

According to the materials of the case, in February, March, April 2014, a resident of the regional center organized meetings and conducted sermons " aimed at inciting ethnic discord and hatred ". These facts in the course of operational-search activities were documented on video and audio media by law enforcement officers.

The court sentenced the preacher to 280 hours of compulsory work.
