April 28, 2015 it became known that 13 April 2015 Worldwide the court of the judicial district No2 of the Northern District of Orel arrested for 5 days Protestant pastor P.N. Pilipchuk for non-payment of the fine. On August 11, 2014, the Baptist pastor was fined under part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (organization or holding of a public event without filing, in accordance with the established procedure, a notice of a public events) in the amount of 20 thousand rubles, and December 22, 2014 - for non-payment of a fine - another 40 thousand rubles.

In court, pastor P.N. Pilipchuk explained, that he does not pay the fine, “ because he does not consider himself guilty and does not attribute Christian songs and conversations with people for rallies, pickets, marches or demonstrations .”
