The court in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky recognized as extremist materials three articles by journalist Igor Kravchuk with sharp criticism of the authorities.

The court agreed with the opinion of the prosecutor's office of the Kamchatka Territory that the materials contained " statements containing calls for violence against citizens, for inciting social discord associated with violence or calls for violence, may have an incentive effect on the consciousness, will and behavior of readers. "

All these texts are published on the Express-Kamchatka website. "Props of the 21st century ..." is devoted to the activities of the Kamchatka Cossacks (which is described from a very critical position), and two other materials describe in detail how in Moscow, where Kravchuk flew as part of a representative delegation of regional journalists, he was not allowed to attend a concert on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of Gazprom.

The materials are written extremely sharply, in a style more likely for social networks than for the media (including using profanity), from the standpoint of rejection of the current government, including President Putin ("Kremlin crooks", etc.). However, we did not find in them calls for violence and incitement of social discord. Recognizing them as extremist seems to us unjustified.
