Act of vandalism in Moscow

On May 9 or 10, 2015 in Moscow in Bitsevsky Park, three young people in balaclavas set fire to the banner Victory and then rushed at him.

Later, a video of the incident appeared on the Internet.

In August, a criminal case was initiated under Part 3 of Art. 354.1 (rehabilitation of Nazism, desecration of symbols of military glory).

Suspects were installed and arrested .
