Suvorov: administrative fine for publishing a banned song by the group “Cyclone-B” on a social network

In May 2015 in the city of Suvorov, Tula region, at 1 a thousand rubles, the court fined a local resident who published on his page on the social network "VKontakte" a banned song of the neo-Nazi group "Cyclone-B".

In May 2015, in the city of Suvorov, Tula region, there were initiated an administrative case under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (dissemination of extremist materials).

The case was initiated against a local resident S. Gribkov, who was accused in the fact that on May 14 last year he published on the page on the social network VKontakte a song by the neo-Nazi group Cyclo-B "Every day under the flag of death."

Recall that this and a number of other songs of the group "Cyclone-B" were banned decision of the Nagatinskiy District Court of Moscow on October 1, 2007 (p. 111 of the Federal list of extremist materials).

The court recognized the young guilty and fined 1000 rubles.
