Conducted "socio-humanitarian" examination showed that " the audio files contain facts indicating a negative assessment of the group persons on the grounds of nationality, origin, attitudes towards religion, negative information about the actions of representatives of certain nationalities, motivations and appeals to hostile action ."
These files were posted on the Internet by Daria Bodrova, in July 2014 found guilty of inciting ethnic hatred (part 1 of article 282 of the Criminal Code) and fined 30 thousand rubles.
