Yemanzhelinsk: two administrative cases regarding the publication of pictures with swastikas on social networks

In May 2015 in the city of Yemanzhelinsk, Chelyabinsk Region, in two administrative cases were submitted to the court against two local residents, who posted images of the swastika on social media.

In May 2015 in the city of Yemanzhelinsk, Chelyabinsk region two administrative cases were initiated under Part 1 of Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (propaganda and public display of Nazi symbols).

Cases were started against local residents in 1991 and 1993 births who are accused of publishing on their pages in social media images containing the swastika.

Unfortunately, what exactly the young people have published is not reported.

The cases have already been referred to the magistrate.
