Chita: the court found photographs and pictures from the social network VKontakte extremist

In May 2015, in the Trans-Baikal Territory, the court recognized extremist xenophobic photographs and images published in social network "VKontakte".

In May 2015, in the city of Chita, Trans-Baikal Territory, the court considered lawsuit by the prosecutor's office demanding that some xenophobic images be recognized as extremist and photographs with captions.

These materials were discovered by law enforcement agencies during checks on one of the pages in the social network "VKontakte". It is reported that they incite hatred between ethnic Russians and non-ethnic residents Russia.

On the initiation of a criminal or administrative case in connection with with the publication of these images and photography was not reported.

The Central District Court of Chita fully satisfied the claim prosecutors.
